Our leaders
Rob Phillips
Managing Director
Rob lives and breathes the landscaping industry. He has a lifelong passion for all facets of landscaping, having worked in the industry for over 20 years. While Rob has a love of design and extensive practical experience, his real expertise is in project management. His involvement in your project from start to finish ensures jobs are effectively and efficiently managed, on time and to budget.
David Moon
David has 15 years’ experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping with a particular focus on body corporate, strata and commercial grounds maintenance. David has a particular interest in Xeriscape (water-wise) gardens and home food production solutions. He was named Apprentice of the Year for Canberra and southern NSW in 2012 as a mature-aged apprentice.

Anthony Rodgers
Anthony has been with Phillips Landscapes since its inception. Backed by 8 years’ experience in hardscape, he heads up the landscaping crew. His specialisations are timber structures, paving, pool coping, irrigation and he also operates small earth moving machinery.

Phillips Landscapes prides itself on the development of junior staff, with all of our current tradespeople having started with us as apprentices.
